Chrome
Chrome runs a different user interface for Acrobat Reader and does not have the "save" option. In order to "save" a copy of the filled out form you will need to "print" the application.

Next, change the "destination" to Save as a PDF. Finally click Save at the bottom of the print screen and select where to save the file. Attach the file to and e-mail and send!
